Payment can be made by debit card, credit card or bank transfer. We do not accept cheques.

You may withdraw from the contract up to 5 days before the arrival date, by written communication. You will receive a full refund within 7 working days. Beyond that deadline, the amount paid will be retained.

As a deposit you will be asked to provide the details of a valid credit card, as a guarantee of the condition of the accommodation.

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out by 11:00, unless otherwise agreed. As we do not have a reception, check-in is automated.

Yes. Water, gas, electricity and WiFi connection are always included in the price of the stay, with no additional costs.
